The assembly of the stand was easy although the pictorial diagram showing the assembly process was a little different from reality in that some pieces were already pre-assembled; keep that in mind so you aren't looking for loose parts in the bag that have already been assembled in the factory such as the 'nut sheath' and the 'turning axis' parts.
